Mosher Drew has extensive experience with a variety of project delivery types. While most methods have positive aspects, we are particularly excited by methods that bring the Owner, Design Team, and Contractor together for mutual benefit.

Integrated Project Delivery is a recent trend in building and an excellent way of creating this synergy. The Owner, Contractor, Design Team, and potentially financiers are all partners in the project from the inception. All members guide the process while drawing on their unique perspective and expertise.
