COMBINED ARMS M.O.U.T. PHASE 1-3

Phase I: This phase includes the construction of the Urban Core, which is the Primary Town of a realistic urban environment to train troops in the skill of urban combat warfare. It includes single and multi-story (3-5 story) reinforced concrete buildings with seismic upgrades, reinforced concrete foundations, and concrete slabs on grade. Construction includes a variety of building types and plan configurations consisting of partitions constructed with exterior grade plywood over metal studs. The site plan was designed for 54 concrete buildings, 102 conex buildings and 52 modularly buildings on a 28-acre site. The site included primary and secondary streets radiating from a central circular intersection.

Phase II: The second phase in the Combined Arms M.O.U.T. planned and constructed the next layer of the suburban districts. This phase is located adjacent to the recently completed Urban Core and simulates a Middle Eastern village. The project site is made up of three districts: The Hospital District, The Old Town District and The East Stadium District. Each district is connected to the Urban Core by a bridge over the dry river bed.

Phase III: This project is the third and final phase in the Combined Arms M.O.U.T. This portion simulates a variety of buildings found in districts surrounding a Middle Eastern village. Each building is configured to perform different types of training functions which simulate various urban and suburban settings.
