GROSSMONT COLLEGE HEALTH SCIENCES COMPLEX

 The Health / Sciences Complex at Grossmont Community College serves the Health Professions Department, Physics Department and the Crime Forensics program from the Administration of Justice Department.

The two-story 54,200 sq. ft. building is set into a hillside at the perimeter of campus and splits into a laboratory wing and a classroom / office wing with a courtyard and lobby space. The courtyard and lobby bring the students together and provide opportunity to hang out and study and hold outdoor science labs.

The health profession laboratories include Cardiac Catheterization, Electro Cardiogram, Ultrasound, Respiratory Therapy and High Tech Respiratory Therapy, General Nursing, Nursing Simulation Lab, Intensive Care Unit Lab, Medical Surgical Nursing Lab, Occupational Therapy Lab and Orthopedic Tech Lab.
