With 35 years of experience, Gerardo is innovative and always willing to accept a challenge. With experience in both California and Mexico, he has a diverse portfolio designing and delivering facilities in varying contexts with a constant that each building must satisfy the needs of the client and the community. He has the skill to manage all critical aspects of a project through its design phases. Gerardo works with a determination to adhere to the budget, comply with the schedule, coordinate planning, track design progress, and deliver impeccable working drawings.

Taking up the role of Marketing Coordinator, Bhumi adds diversity to the mix. An architect by profession and an enthusiastic writer, she aspires to put words to expressions of architecture and design. Her education in the profession makes her keen to know and understand more as a professional. With an aim to take her career towards design, marketing, and research, she wants to make a valuable contribution to the AMD team with her opinions and viewpoints. As an avid reader and soulful artist, Bhumi enjoys adventure through the world of imagination in writing and design.

Diane joins the AMD Team as the new Office Manager. She is an extremely motivated individual with a remarkable record of accomplishment spanning 15+ years in the accounting field. Having grown up in Ohio she has strong ties to the mid-west but has embraced the SoCal life since moving to San Diego in 2005. She loves spending time working in her yard, gardening, and doting on her husband and two fur babies. Her mantra is: Be silly, be weird, be yourself because life is too short to be anything but happy!
